Program Overview

The Baking and Pastry Certificate offers our students with the real-world exposure to the professional baking and pastry industry. This experience will give every student more than 400 hours of kitchen experience and introduce topics such as breads, pies, cakes, chocolates, and pastries. We provide various methods to deliver the education you will need to begin your career or business in professional baking and pastry.
