Program Overview

The Master of Arts in Mentoring, Management, and Leadership in the Early Years (MML) is a 90 ECTS credit program designed for professionals in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector who hold or aspire to management or leadership positions. It equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively mentor colleagues, lead and manage early childhood education and care services, drive organizational change and improvement, and enhance the quality of early childhood education provision.
